Wellness Club
Wellness is practicing healthy habits. Wellness encompasses many dimensions. Physical, Mental, Social and Intellectual wellness are four corners of wellness. Physical wellness includes exercise, relaxation and hygiene. Mental wellness is keeping a positive attitude, being sensitive to feelings of yourself and others. Social wellness is building and nurturing relations. Intellectual wellness is desire to learn new skills/concepts, critical thinking, seek challenges and creativity.
Three clubs are formed under wellness –
- MSIWellness Club
- FitFoodie Club
- Fitness Club
WeResilient's Wellness club allows members to share views and initiate discussion on virtual meetings. It features interviews with psychologist, psychiatrists, dietitian and fitness trainer for the members. The club members will have an opportunity to have conversation with these experts.
